Diesel servicing units
The HYDAC diesel servicing units remove particulate solid contaminants and free water from diesel fuels.
Diesel fuel is often subject to long periods of storage, particularly in tanks which are not frequently used. As a result, solid contaminants and water often collect at the bottom of the tank and can then damage pumps and sensitive components when the system is switched on. Furthermore, free water in the tank over a long period of time can lead to the formation of diesel oil pest. Both can cause the machine filter to quickly become blocked and damage the components of the injection system.
The result: the combustion engine emits unacceptably high levels of pollutants. This results in high costs for downtime, spare parts, maintenance and repair.
• Reduction of costly system failures
• Avoidance of premature diesel disposal
