<p>Recirculation cooler filtration units (UKF) are compact systems made up of boost pump, filter and plate heat exchanger for offline cooling-filtration circuits. The continuous cooling and filtration in the bypass flow can significantly increase the service life of the oil and the hydraulic system.</p><ul><li class="li-square">Constant temperature (independent of the cycle times of the hydraulic system)</li><li class="li-square">Uniform supply quantities</li><li class="li-square">Avoidance of pressure surges in the heat exchanger</li><li class="li-square">Filter element replacement without shutting down the hydraulic system</li></ul><p>Cooling and lubrication of gears<br />UKF with gear pump, duplex filter and plate heat exchanger.<br />The thermal bypass valve ensures that the system can start up even at lower temperatures.<br />In order to ensure a constant oil temperature, a closed-loop water volume controller can also be installed. This controller ensures that only the volume of water required to achieve the desired oil temperature is fed to the plate heat exchanger.</p>

<p>The compact and stationary fluid care units of the OLF 5 are used for fine filtration of hydraulic and lubricating oils in the bypass flow. Versions with motor-pump unit are also available.
