FCU 5000

The FCU 5000 is a stationary online measurement device to monitor the essential fluid parameters in coolant systems. Automated additional metering of the coolant concentrate (optional) ensures that the required concentration can be maintained at an almost constant level in the system.

It continuously monitors the pH value, conductivity, refractive index and temperature. The limits of the measured values are monitored and, if the measured values depart from the set limits, a signal is indicated on the display and via the electrical interfaces.

Any deviations in the measurement can be corrected by checking the zero point and errors can be detected. The measured values can be evaluated with HYDAC’s own CoolTools software.
