Flushing units

Our HYDAC flushing units are used for cleaning your piping and flexible lines before commissioning your hydraulic system.
When installing piping in your hydraulic system, there will inevitably be impurities in these lines.
They must be removed before commissioning the system so that they do not destroy your valve control or pumps.
Flushing has turned out to be an effective measure for cleaning piping or flexible lines.
The quickest and most turbulent flow possible is generated in the lines here, which carries away the dirt particles.
These are then effectively filtered out via HYDAC filters.
Our flushing units work fully automatically and control the flushing process of lines up to DN200.
We can achieve flow rates of 0-1600 l/min thanks to the modular design of the tank and motor-pump assembly.
During the flushing process, the particle contamination in the fluid is continuously monitored and output as cleanliness class as per ISO 4406.
Documentation of the flushing process can also be issued.

All of our hire equipment is suitable for mineral oils. Suitability for other fluids must be checked in individual cases.
