GN1 hydraulic generator

The new HYDAC generator generates a self-sufficient voltage supply system to therefore be independent of the tractor and its on-board voltage. The generator is driven via a hydraulic motor and converts hydraulic energy into electric energy. The oil is supplied via the tractor (variable displacement or fixed displacement pump). The integrated control electronics stabilise the output voltage, ensuring the supply of sensitive consumers with a low voltage tolerance. The redesigned direct drive uses an elastic claw coupling to ensure maximum reliability and freedom from maintenance. There is no belt or driving gear. The upstream hydraulic control manifold controls the speed of the generator and can be integrated into the tractor’s LS system.
