Our HP compact power units are small electrohydraulic supply units of power class 0.3 to 1.6 kW for supplying three-phase voltage, featuring energy-efficient intermittent and short-term operation. Because of the high operating pressure and the use of oil-submersed motors, the power units achieve a high power density. As steel tanks are used, the power units are highly robust and highly stable. The HP power units are perfect for stationary applications, such as for tensioning and clamping functions in machine tools and lifting and swivelling mechanisms. Our HP compact power units are highly flexible in terms of their structural design, as various hydraulic controls can be realised by mounting control manifolds or function modules.

The HYDAC valve stacking system type ML is a control block composed of individual standard modules for oil hydraulic systems. Different function modules can be flanged to the base module. The ML horizontal stacking assembly can be mounted to HYDAC CA, CO1(S), DC1 and HP power units by means of various basic modules or coupled to any hydraulic system by means of a pipe connection module. Because of its modular design, this system enables high flexibility and offers custom solutions for control tasks. It impresses with its small dimensions and high power density. This system is designed chiefly for controlling small consumers and for pressure and force resistance tasks.
