FluidMonitoring Software FluMoS light
The FluidMonitoring Software FluMoS Light is a software for reading in, displaying and editing data from HYDAC fluid sensors. It enables the simultaneous connection of 3 sensors.
FluMoS Light can be used in conjunction with the latest generation of HSI interface sensors (CS 1000, FCU 1000, MCS 1000, AS 1000, FMM, HYDACLab®) and the sensors without HSI interface (CS 2000, FCU 2000, FCU 8000).
The FluMoS Light software is used for:
- Online display of measured values on the PC in table and graphic formats
- Saving of log files to the hard drive
- Depiction of log files from hard drive/floppy disk and backup as graphics file
- Processing of saved log files, e.g. with Microsoft Excel

Get your fluid condition monitoring measurement data on your Android device!
FluMoS Mobile is a tool for displaying and downloading measurement data from the FluidControl Unit FCU 1000 and the SensorMonitoring Unit SMU 1200 to your Android device.
FluMoS Mobile features (Version 1.10)
- Displays current measurement values (solid particle contamination, water saturation and temperature) of your FluidControl Unit FCU 1000 in table format
- Displays measurement value progress (solid particle contamination, water saturation and temperature) of your FluidControl Unit FCU 1000 in graphic format (one graphic per measurement channel)
- Selective download of log files in .dat format from the internal memory of the FCU 1000 or SMU 1200 to your Android device
- Online storage of measurement data on your Android device (possible with successor version)
You can easily forward the .dat files to other devices such as PCs via e-mail.
The files can then be processed in FluMoS.

Embedded Board Configurator
The graphic software tool Embedded Board Configurator enables users to communicate with the on-board electronics (OBE) of HYDAC proportional valves and parametrise them.
Various values can be monitored in real time and internal parameters can be viewed and altered.
Furthermore, the software makes it possible to save and import parameters for rapid exchange and to reduce the system start-up time.

EHCD control module parameterisation software
Our parameterisation software can be used for the simple and rapid parameterisation of our digital control modules.
The main functions in brief:
- Table-oriented parameter entry
- Saving and loading of parameter sets
- Monitor for displaying process data
- 4-channel oscilloscope function with saving of data
- Remote control function
- Universal for all our digital EHCD control modules
The available parameters are read in when the connected module is identified and are visualised in the parameter table.
The export function can be used to export parameter sets from the PC to the module.
Offline mode makes it possible for the user to edit parameter sets on the PC and save them even if no module is connected.
The monitor function enables display of the process variables and the digital inputs and outputs, depending on the connected module.
With the integrated remote control function, the controller can be controlled directly and the transmission can be driven without higher-level control.
The parameterisation software can fundamentally be run on all Windows computers with Windows 2000/XP/7/10.
KineSys
HYDAC Frequency Inverter – Cabinet Mounted HFI-CM
The powerful PC software HFI-CM-Startup (HYDAC frequency inverter – cabinet mounted) offers many ways to rapidly start up and optimise KineSys drive systems.
The dialogue-guided initial start-up with graphic support of drives considerably simplifies the configuration of the electromechanical or hydraulic system. The motor is parameterised by means of the electronic name plate.
A commissioning file can be used to perform serial start-ups. This results in significant time savings in series projects. The software is rounded off with practical and intuitive diagnostic instruments.
HYDAC Frequency Inverter – Motor Mounted HFI-MM
The PC software HMM Start-Up (c) is highly user-friendly, thanks to its intuitive UI, making it the perfect interface to your drive system from HYDAC KineSys.
The software makes it possible to parameterise the electromechanical or hydraulic system quickly and straightforwardly. The integrated oscilloscope function can be used to visualise operating and measurement data and to check settings.
Automatic motor identification, default parameter settings and custom actual-value displays automate and speed up the initial start-up of the application.

The software HMGWin-2 is a convenient and simple package for analysing and archiving curves and logs which have been recorded using the HMG 4000 , or for exporting the data for integration into other PC programs if required.
In addition it is also possible to operate the HMG 4000 directly from the computer. Basic settings can be made, and measurements can be started online and displayed directly on the PC screen in real time as measurement curves progress.

HMG 2500 / 30x0 PC software

CMWIN PC software
This software was specially developed for condition monitoring applications.
In addition to the HMGWIN 3000 functions it enables
- Condition Monitoring sensors (HLB 1300, AS 1000, AS 3000, CS 1000) and
- Condition Monitoring devices (CMU 1000, CSI-F-10)
to be read out, configured and parameterised.
Furthermore, user-specific application programs for CMU 1000 and CSI-F-10 can easily and conveniently be created, incorporated and tested (in accordance with IEC 61131).
The firmware CMU 1000 is available in various versions. A V01.xx CMU can only be updated with a V01.xx version, and a V02.xx CMU only with a V02.xx version.

HMG / CMU USB driver
If a HYDAC measuring instrument is being connected with the PC for the first time, the required USB driver first needs to be installed.
The driver is also included on the CD-ROM contained in the scope of delivery.

Updating a measuring instrument for use with USB 3.0
If problems should occur connecting a HYDAC measuring device (HMG 510, HMG 3000, CMU 1000) to USB 3.0, you must carry out a driver update.
