Statement on Nuclear Act

Acting in accordance with the requirements set out in Art. 32c para. 2 of the Act of 29 November 2000. Atomic Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1277), we hereby inform that during the last 12 months no effects of the conducted activity (use of the XRF spectrometer) on human health and the environment have been recorded, and that no releases of radioactive substances into the environment in connection with the conducted activity have occurred.
