Statement on Nuclear Act

Acting in accordance with the requirements set out in Art. 32c point We would like to inform you that, following Section 2 of the Act of November 29, 2000, Nuclear Act (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1792 and of 2020, item 284), there has been no impact of the conducted activity on human health or the environment in the last 12 months, and that there have been no releases of radioactive substances into the environment in connection with the conducted activities.
