Condition Monitoring
Condition monitoring
Predictive maintenance
HYDAC helps you to apply sensor technology in the correct way, process the signals obtained as well as analyse, broadcast and store the information.
Predictive maintenance is made possible through the use of smart condition monitoring.
Using sensors that continuously take readings from the hydraulic fluid makes available critical parameters to analyse the life of your system and to predict the life of its components.
We are your shortcut to predictive maintenance and Industry 4.0 within hydraulic and lubrication systems.
LEVEL 1
Direct local display, as well as the option to forward on the signal at 4-20mA.
An FMMP control block is used, which can be connected to pressure lines operating at 15-300 bar.
A particle counter and a water sensor (or alternatively, a.multi-sensor) are mounted on the control block.
LEVEL 2
Direct local display, an option for reading and storage via a mobile app, as well as an option to forward on readings via ModBus TCP on a LAN or WLAN
A pump module CSM-E is used for connection to low pressure, return line or tank.
The delivery comprises a particle counter and water sensor (or alternatively, a multi-sensor HLB) along with an integrated pump, valve block and adapter for ModBus via WLAN and LAN and for the FLUMOS MOBILE app.
LEVEL 3
Our CMX concept is customised to suit your needs.
Industrie 4.0
"Industry 4.0" stands for the fourth industrial revolution, and is often defined as the "merger" of innovative information and/or communication technology with the manufacturing industry" or as the "internet of things and services" in the industrial sector.
This will provide a new level of organisation and control over the entire value chain throughout the life cycle of the product. The life cycle is then defined as everything from the idea, development, adaptation, production and delivery of the product to the end customer, to recycling and associated services. The key to all this is the availability of real-time information in every phase.
By connecting up people, objects and systems, networks appear that are dynamic, real-time optimised and self-organising, and which can be enhanced in relation to costs, availability and resource usage.
HYDAC contributes with sensors that deliver condition information in real time as well as analyses and advice for optimising your process systems.
Sensors with IO-Link is one of the steps along the road to more accessible information
