We provide professional engineering drawings to meet specific customer requirements and offer comprehensive engineering documentation packages,from full data dossiers including operating procedures, maintenance schedules, and spare parts information. To support our services & product designs we also offer upon request manufacturer's record book documentation (MRB) for bespoke industry equipment such as oil & gas marketplace products..

Our design services, include FMEA, DFMEA, FEA, and CFD studies & analysis, all of which are available if required to support design solutions. We operate on a multi-phase approval process for design verification and sign-off, thus ensuring fault free designs convert to physical products & serial production.

CAD file transfer is made easy with our drag-and-drop options for 3D CAD design solutions.  Available in all mainstream formats, the integration of our design outputs into clients packaged CAD assemblies is seamless, allowing clients to ensure products interface as required. CAD file transfer includes 2D .dxf or .dwg files to allow integration of realised hydraulic circuits into customers main system hydraulic schematics

HYDAC Technologies has a state-of-the-art  facility equipped with the latest equipment from DMG Mori. We are capable of supporting a wide range of manufacturing needs, from milled or turned components in simple aluminium alloys to complex stainless steels. Our machine tools are programmed offline with software, allowing us to integrate directly with design models from our engineering department and increase the efficiency of the machine tool. Our simultaneous program verification ensures quality production and the integrity of our equipment.

Our capabilities range from single piece prototype manufacture to support R&D projects to full-volume production, supported by our two-shift operation with lights-out machining. We are equipped to handle all of your business needs. Our internal quality personnel inspect machined parts through our CMM and manual gauge equipment, providing our customers with confidence in the conformance of their product. Additional services include manual and thermal deburring and surface treatments as required. We prioritize cleanliness and have invested in specialist equipment to remove all manufacturing contamination prior to assembly.
