Mounting hydrogen tanks securely
Our HY-ROS H2 Mount kit provides a variety of components for securely mounting hydrogen tanks to vehicles. With a compensation layer or spring system and with an integrated TPRD sensor or neck mount mounting type – the HYDAC kit covers all standard Type IV container diameters, which means that it can be perfectly adapted to your requirements.
Our innovative, sensor-based HY-ROS H2 Mount Smart band strap also enables the tank mount to be reliably monitored in real time. The preventive approach, comparable to a tyre pressure monitoring system, provides continuous data on the condition and integrity of the mounting solution, allowing any deviations to be detected at an early stage and appropriate measures to be introduced.

HYDAC cable management systems offer a safe and efficient solution for securing high-voltage cables in electrified vehicles. The flexible mounts are suitable for cables with different diameters and ensure a stable hold thanks to their simple installation process.
They precisely maintain the distances within cable trays while offering protection against moisture and short circuits. They also enable optimum tolerance compensation, which helps to extend the cable service life. For increased safety, the systems are also available in an orange signal colour to clearly identify the high-voltage trays.
